part 10

Dot appeared down the aisle, she looked stunning. It was like a dream for both of them as they said their vows and exchanged rings and then...the kiss.
Every eye was wet, the organ player played the wedding march and they walked down, followed by the bridesmaids and groomsmen, their arms interlocking and their wedding rings shining.
There was a reception afterwards, with light snacks like cream puffs with frilly looking whipping cream, chocolate covered strawberries and other simple delights and icecream. The room was bustling with people, relitives. It was a fun day.
Dot's mother and Father met them at the car as they were to leave, with Herbert's mom and dad and they said their farwells as they left in the car, Tip and  and Dot's siblings, waving as they left. Eloise, Herbert's sister. Turning to each other, they smiled.
" Are we going to take the train?" He asked.
Dot shook her head.
" Never, I hate them," She said.
They laughed then kissed.

The End!

  1. A wedding--the best ending to a story. :) Looking forward to more!
